Before, during, or already on S/4HANA migration: The KPI Analyzer reveals what is really happening in your SAP landscape.
Now in a new version.
The ambition behind it remains the same: Turn technical SAP data into insights that are truly useful for decisions. What's new is how quickly and how deeply you can get there.
The scope ranges from usage and performance to custom developments, costs, and transformation potentials.
Public Cloud Readiness based on real usage data
One focus is on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Our current Public Cloud Reference Model 2608 is already integrated. This allows existing processes and usage data to be compared with the cloud standard in a structured way and fit/gap potentials to be made visible.
Public Cloud Readiness can even be analyzed down to the company code, line-of-business, and scope item levels.
This creates concrete areas of action for the transformation, instead of building decisions solely on assumptions and target visions.
More depth. More automation. More decision-making power.
The basic scope of the KPI Analyzer has also become more modern and deeper. Additionally, new optional analyses are available:
✓ New and deeper evaluations on productivity, performance, custom developments, and costs
✓ BPML (Business Process Master List) and BPMN process frameworks automatically generated – filled with the actually used elements per process and not with an assumed target sequence
✓ Automatically generated reports: a consulting-quality report as a PDF, a management presentation as a PPTX, and an action plan as an Excel sheet – at the touch of a button
✓ Modern dashboards and a consistent table concept with filters, saved views, and export options
What remains: the facts level between system and decision
Despite all the new functions, the core remains unchanged:
An independent, read-only facts level between system reality and decision-making.
We call it the Decision Intelligence Layer.
Because it is not just about what data is available in an SAP system. What matters is quickly creating a reliable foundation from it for transformation, standardization, and strategic decisions.
Experience the new version live
Anyone who wants to experience the new version on their own SAP landscape can get to know it in a web session.
A big thank you goes to Max Niedermann and Sascha Wild for the really great collaboration and all the work that went into this version.
You made it what it is.
Clarity instead of flying blind.
