Together with West Trax, we combine the fact-based assessment of an SAP landscape with the managed implementation in SAP Cloud ALM. Based on actual usage and technical correlations, the KPI Analyzer shows where Fiori potential lies and which custom developments should be considered in the transformation project. Through the integration, selected Fiori suggestions become requirements and user stories with a process reference; custom developments become available in the Development Library with their usage and dependency context.

In our shared target vision, pony's Custom Fields also incorporate KPI-Analyzer-specific information such as usage metrics, analysis ratings, and references to analyzed objects directly into the requirements and user stories, so that the analysis basis remains available during prioritization and implementation. For customers, this means less manual transfer and coordination, a more sound project start, and a lower risk of overlooking important dependencies.
