Helix Consulting is an independent, client-side SAP consultancy based in Budapest, Hungary. We support medium-sized and large organizations in the DACH region, the Benelux countries, the UK, and Central Europe in preparing, executing, and sustainably securing SAP S/4HANA transformations — with no implementation or licensing interests of our own. Helix does not staff projects with junior consultants and does not grow by extending mandates: our sole measure of success is the result for the client. We are best known for RunFit, our structured organizational readiness assessment, which reveals the human and governance-related risks that technical diagnostics do not capture.

When RunFit is combined with the West-Trax-KPI-Analyzer, clients receive what we call DualSight: a complete pre-program diagnostic that covers both system and organization in a single fixed-scope engagement of about three weeks. The KPI Analyzer provides a data-driven picture of the current SAP landscape — usage patterns, volume of custom developments, license profile, and fit with the S/4HANA target image — while RunFit maps the organizational readiness to run and adopt what emerges.
Together, they answer the two questions that every transformation sponsor should be able to answer before budget is released: Is the system ready for migration, and is the organization ready to run it? Clients receive a prioritized risk register, a cross-functional readiness map, and an independent baseline established before the implementation partner's optimism becomes the reference point.
