In-house developments decommissioned — identified before the start of migration
Robert Bosch Manufacturing Solutions has been analyzing the actual utilization of its over 25-year-old ECC system with the KPI Analyzer since mid-2025. The result: of more than 820 in-house developments, hundreds were not used by anyone – 700 could be decommissioned even before the migration started. The analysis took a few hours instead of the usual two to three months, according to Commercial IT Head Alexander Schurba.
